Accepted Payment Methods
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check. Wait 14 days for Personal Check to clear before shipping.
Returns
If an item does not meet your satisfaction, please call us for return instructions at 1-800-549-8466 within 10 days of receipt. We will exchange the product, issue you a store credit or refund your money on any product in original condition and with the original packaging. A restocking fee on certain items may apply. All returns must be new, unused, and accompanied by a copy of the original Sales Receipt and in original packaging suitable for resale. Call for return authorization number and address.
We offer two options for exchanges: We will either wait until we have received your returned item before we ship out the new product. Or on your request we can ship out the new product right away, charge it to your credit card and issue a refund when we receive your return.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
We are not able to give credit on merchandise which has been damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the items are packaged correctly and protected from being damaged.
We can not accept returns of special order, installed, or used items.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied if the order was cancelled after your product(s) have been ordered from the manufacturer.
Our 30-day return policy is not applicable to special orders, such as custom made or custom machined.

Shipping/Handling
Delivery charges are based on size and weight. The weight
will be used to calculate shipping costs for your order. Minimum
shipping charge of $7.99. * Sun Visors have an flat shipping
rate of $85. For bumper shipping costs see "Bumpers" below.
Canada Shipments
Duty is to be paid by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
We insure your shipment against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any visual sign of damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver. If damage to your shipment is concealed (not visible until the carton is opened), please keep all of the packing materials and the original carton. In both cases please notify us at 1-800-549-8466 immediately.
Delivery
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. A limited number of items may require 4-6 weeks. We ship UPS whenever possible for speed and economy. If required, next day or second day delivery can be provided for an additional charge. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability, or on special order. Call 1-800-549-8466.
Bumpers/Fenders/Backracks and all Oversized Items
Shipping and handling for all oversized items delivered within the
contiguous 48 states is a flat rate of $100.00. There is an
additional $50.00 charge if delivered to a residence or non-commercial
shipping zone. Delivery charges vary widely to destinations
outside of the contiguous 48 states. For shipping costs to
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or an International destination, please
call 1-800-549-8466.
Warranties
Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Beyond our 10 day guarantee period, these
products should be returned to the manufacturer.

JP Chrome reserves the right to correct any typographical errors as well as adjust prices to reflect current market conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You can special order products not listed on our website by
calling us. 1-800-549-8466. Costs on special items will vary
depending on our suppliers policies and quantities needed.
